Refund policy
We want you to love your Jessie B pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer store credit for returns — no refunds.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit only
Jessie B Boutique does not offer refunds — returns are processed as store credit only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please request a return through your Shopify account as soon as possible. We’ll review your request and make it right.
What Can’t Be Returned?
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories & personal care products (e.g., jewellery, beauty products)
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Gift Cards

How to Request Store Credit
To request a return for store credit, please email our team with the following details:
• Order Number
• Full Name
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you with return instructions and the return address.
Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to review your request.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
